Stone Balancing

Breath is the flow of Life.
From your first inhale at birth to your final exhale at death. It’s rooted in every mental and physical activity you experience.

There should be no surprise that the healing of your mind, body and spirit, begins with the healing of your Breath. Revive your Breath, Revive your Life.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Ashley

What an amazing experience! The most surprising aspect for me was how euphoric breathwork can be. I've tried meditation before but struggled to calm down and focus. Breathwork is different—it required me to pay close attention to my body and regulate my breathing, which helped me stay in tune with myself. I felt an unprecedented energy that was both emotional and therapeutic. I couldn't stop talking about our breathwork class for a week straight.

Abby

My experience during these breathwork sessions has been, to say the least, life changing. It’s opened a door for me to find a way to calm my nervous system and trust that I can heal some past trauma on my own and to give myself grace, which I fully did not expect (and wow, what an incredible gift)!

Jeffrey

To walk through this with you truly has allowed me to become a more patient person, and I’d recommend this to anyone and everyone who has even the slightest interest in finding some meditative peace in their day.
